Scoutmaster Conference
After completing the project and all the other requirements (such as merit badges, six month Life time, and six month position of responsibility), the scout needs to have his conference with the Scoutmaster. (The Scoutmaster Conference is introduced on page [Scoutmaster Conference].) This conference for the Eagle candidate may be in more detail and may be a good time to again go over all the details on the Eagle Scout Rank Application and the Eagle Scout Leadership Service Project Workbook.
In addition, the Scoutmaster may go over the boy's written (or typed) statement about his ambitions, life purpose, and leadership positions beyond just scouting.
