Venturing

Venturing is for young men and women under the age of 21 who are at least 14 years old or 13 years old and have completed the eighth grade. This Boy Scouts of America program focuses on youth development and is designed to meet the needs of older youth. Its goals include helping young adults make ethical choices, experience fun challenges and adventures, be a skilled resource for scouting groups, acquire skills, and offer leadership roles — all within a supporting environment. They may earn Venturing achievements, such as the Bronze, Gold, Silver, Ranger Award, Quartermaster Award, and other awards.

This book does not cover Venturing, but this book is useful for boys in Venturing who are also working on the Eagle.
